Ms. Williams focuses the bulk of her pro bono efforts on re-entry, criminial justice reform, and reducing the recidivism rate in the United States.

She serves as the Board Chair and Second Chance Center, Inc. in Aurora, CO where she has been a member for the Board since 2018. Upon joining the Board, she rebranded the organization to facilitate growth toward a national presence.

Besides serving on SCC's Board, she is also a member of its Housing Committee which is focusing on multi-unit residential developments for supportive and workforce housing. 

​

Ms. Williams also takes part in Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts organization.
